1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resolve Markets ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

Resolve Markets is a simulated trading evaluation platform. Users purchase challenge accounts and trade prediction market data mirrored from public sources using simulated (non-real) capital. Successful completion of evaluation phases may qualify users for a funded account where profits are shared.

No real assets are traded on this platform. All positions, balances, and trades are simulated. Market data is sourced from publicly available prediction market APIs for evaluation purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Challenge Accounts

• Challenge accounts are purchased for a one-time fee and are non-transferable.
• Each challenge has defined rules including profit targets, maximum drawdown limits, and daily drawdown limits. These rules are displayed at the time of purchase.
• A challenge is considered failed if any drawdown rule is breached. Failed challenges cannot be reinstated.
• A rule violation constitutes a challenge failure at the moment it occurs, irrespective of when the system detects or processes it. Delays in automated enforcement do not waive the violation or entitle the user to continued trading on a technically failed account.
• Resolve Markets reserves the right to review trading activity at any time and to retroactively fail a challenge upon identifying a rule violation, including violations that were not flagged in real time. Any trades executed, profits accrued, or phase advancements obtained after the point of violation may be reversed.
• Passing a challenge phase does not guarantee a funded account. Resolve Markets reserves the right to review trading activity for rule compliance before advancing a user.

5. Funded Accounts

Users who successfully pass all evaluation phases may be offered a funded account. Funded accounts operate under the same simulated trading environment but with a profit-sharing arrangement (80% to the trader, 20% to Resolve Markets). Withdrawals from funded accounts are subject to minimum thresholds and processing times as outlined in the dashboard.

Resolve Markets reserves the right to terminate a funded account at any time if trading rules are violated or if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Payments and Refunds

All challenge purchases are final. Refunds are not offered once a challenge has been activated and trading has commenced. If a technical issue prevents a challenge from functioning correctly, please contact support and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis. Payments are securely processed via Stripe and accept major credit and debit cards in GBP, USD, and EUR.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the Platform unless explicitly permitted.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or data delays to gain an unfair advantage.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent challenge rules or obtain additional evaluations.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with any third party.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Resolve Markets or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third parties and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resolve Markets and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific challenge giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Resolve Markets operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
